Shipping Information
Placing orders on internet always involves shipping and our customers always like to know when they can expect their order.
We normally dispatch orders the same day, if orders placed by 10 am EST Monday to Friday (excludes bank holidays and weekends).
Orders placed after 10 am EST are dispatched the following working day with delivery from 1 to 5 working days depending on the product ordered and destination.
We currently use delivery services from UPS (Ground Service) and USPS. The delivery services and costs vary depending on the total order weight and these are displayed during the checkout process on the website. Please kindly note that a few of our more exclusive products are dispatched from the UK following the same delivery time schedule 1 – 5 working days, so there is usually no delay and a comprehensive order tracking is available through the delivery company web site.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from us with your unique tracking number for your order to follow the delivery progress, if you wish.
If you are in a rush and wish to receive your order fast, please contact us either via email, contact form or toll free number 001-800-578-0174 and we can take you through the options and advise you if there is any additional charge. We deliver to all US states; however if you live in different country and wish to order, please contact us via phone and we will advise you on the shipping charges and shipping times.
