How does it work ? |

It is important to have at least 3 bowel movements a day; however if you get to the end of day and have had no bowel movement, we recommend you use the Enema or increase the number of Digestive Stimulators. It may take a few days. |
Take 1 capsule, if you usually have 2-3 bowel movements a day
Take 2 capsules, if you usually have 1 bowel movement a day
Take 3 capsules, if you usually have 1 bowel movement every 2 days
Take 4 capsules, if you usually have 1 bowel movement every 3-4 days
Take 5 capsules, if you usually have 1 bowel movement every 5-7 days |
